We've been steadily leveling for the past couple weeks and have made it up to 31 (and a half:P). So far nothing that exciting...it's all old content. We've met some interesting people, done a few quests we'd never done before (including controlling a robot in Thousand Needles), and been collecting gold so that we can get mounts as soon as we hit 40. Unfortunately the leveling is getting slower...but at least we'll have rested exp!
Here's a pic of one of the cool new people we've met...he and Sev had some exciting dancing times...
Ah...escort quests are always fun...right?
Robot power!
My newest pet...Shelly!

Hello all!
I finally have some time to say hello to everyone! Severan has been doing a great job of keeping you all updated, but I wanted to post a couple of my own pictures and all that good stuff :)
So I rolled a blood elf hunter for the expansion, as you all know by now. So far I'm really enjoying her. Everyone says that hunters are ez-mode, but I don't care. She's fun, that's all that matters. I really enjoy having a pet...this time around I'm not holding on to just one pet like I've done in the past. On my last hunter (tauren, lvl 54) I got Humar (black lion) at level 23 and kept him the entire time. This time around I've had several pets...lion, bat, spider, and now a wolf. The spider was a lot of fun, and looked rather cool. I just trained a wolf last night. Who knows what I'll get next! Coming up with names is always fun for me to...I hate when people run around with a default pet name...cat, bear, etc. So boring!
Anyways, the expansion is fun so far...though I really want to hurry through these levels and get to 60 so I can see the new stuff!
I've got some really hideous armor right now, so I broke down and bought a tabard. Here's a before and after picture....at least the tabard is decent!
Oh...and it's always important to have a naked picture!!! Aren't we sexy? :P

The First Weekend: Part 2
So, the weekend ended...unfortunately. But, on the plus side we both reached level 23! We finished up the Ghostlands at level 19 and started our adventure into the rest of Azeroth. The first destination was the Undercity and then we ventured into The Barrens, Ashenvale, and Stonetalon Mountains.
Restarting the game as a Blood Elf has been an interesting experience. The whole goal of the first 19 levels was to prove to the other Horde races that we are a strong and determined race worthy of standing beside the other races. You definitely get the feeling of segregation and even a sense of hesitation in accepting the Blood Elfs. I actually have read on the forums that some guilds are not allowing Blood Elfs to join... I know it probably is not a big issue, but it makes you think about the effects of anonymity on people.
Anyways, regardless of the segregation issues, I felt that Blizzard did a great job integrating the Blood Elfs as another race. Just as you finish up the Ghostlands, the quest lines lead you to several familiar locations (Tauren Mill, Stonetalon, ect.) to continue your journey.
And the best news of all...I replaced my outfit with something much more appealing to the eye. Enjoy some more screenshots from our adventures.

The First Weekend: Part 1
The weekend has arrived and that means time to fill that addiction. We managed to level from 15 to more than half of the way through 18 in about 5 hours (with some breaks). The new zone Ghostlands is a great place for leveling, especially when everything is brand new!
The landscape is definitely something worth stopping for and taking a closer look. Little details can be found all over the place that give the area a darker feeling. One particular area that has kept my attention since we started these characters is the Dead Scar. Down the center of these two new Blood Elf zones is a line of undead. The brief history behind the Dead Scar is that Arthas lead his undead army straight into Silvermoon creating this path of destruction and leaving undead behind.
The Ghostlands has many objects that are reminiscent of Blood Elf structures, which follows along with the goal of taking back the Ghostlands from the undead (with the help of the Forsaken I might add).
So, I have rather enjoyed the new leveling experience so far, but it seems low level armor always haunts your characters appearance. Take a look...

A New Beginning
addiction -
the state of being enslaved to a habit or practice or to something that is psychologically or physically habit-forming, as narcotics, to such an extent that its cessation causes severe trauma.
As you most likely know, World of Warcraft: The Burning Crusade has been released and with that release comes the introduction of the Blood Elfs. So, we have decided to start over and roll two new characters: Severan and Serenia.
So, during the last few days we have been working on leveling. Currently, we have reached level 15 and are progressing through the quests in Ghostlands. At the moment, it is a bit late, so here are a few screenshots from our adventures.
